On September 23, 2023, the Payao Covered Court in Binalbagan became a beacon of hope and a hub for community well-being as it hosted a heartwarming and impactful medical mission. This event, organized by Barangay Captain Binsoy Tan Paul Vincent Gaudiel Tan in partnership with the Ma.
